Logistics Delivery Management Module is a full delivery-management system built from scratch for Digital SAT, replacing a manual WhatsApp/Excel process that was losing orders.
The result: lost and mismanaged orders dropped from 60% to under 2% — a 98% reduction — while doubling weekly delivery throughput from 80 to 160+ shipments.
